Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and Bahadır Yıldırım, established in Türkiye(“we”, “us”), governing your use of Flowinco. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

1. The service

Flowinco is a task management application with AI features and integrations, provided as a hosted service. We may add, change or remove features over time. If we remove something you rely on materially, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.

2. Accounts and workspaces

  • You need an account to use the service, and you are responsible for activity under it. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Content lives inside a workspace. Whoever creates or administers a workspace controls it, including its members and its deletion.
  • If you join a workspace created by your employer or team, that organisation controls the content in it, and its admins can access that content.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Flowinco.

3. Your content

You own your content. We claim no ownership of the projects, tasks, documents, comments or files you put into Flowinco.

You grant us a limited licence to host, store, transmit, display and process your content strictly to operate the service for you — including sending it to the processors listed in our Privacy Policy when a feature requires it. This licence exists only to run the service and ends when you delete the content or your workspace. We do not use your content to train AI models.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for keeping your own copies of anything important.

4. AI features

  • AI features are off by default and require a workspace admin to supply an Anthropic API key. Enabling them means content you submit is sent to Anthropic for processing.
  • If your workspace uses its own API key, you are responsible for any usage charges Anthropic bills you, and for complying with Anthropic’s terms.
  • AI output can be inaccurate. It is a suggestion, not advice. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it, and you must not use it as the sole basis for legal, financial, medical or employment decisions.
  • Agent features act on systems you connect — for example opening issues or pull requests in your GitHub repository. You are responsible for what you connect and for reviewing what the agent produces before merging or acting on it.

5. Plans, billing and refunds

  • There is a free plan with usage limits, and paid plans billed monthly or yearly in advance. Current prices and limits are shown on our pricing page.
  • Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record and is the seller of record for your purchase. Their terms also apply to the transaction, and they issue your invoice. We never see your card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not prorated.
  • Prices may change. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before a change affects your renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
  • Taxes, including VAT where applicable, are handled by Lemon Squeezy and may be added at checkout.
  • Refunds: if you are in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction granting a statutory withdrawal right, that right applies. Otherwise, contact support@flowinco.com within 14 days of a charge and we will consider a refund in good faith.
  • Exceeding your plan’s limits may block further use of the limited feature until you upgrade or the period resets.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • break the law, infringe others’ rights, or upload malware;
  • upload content that is unlawful, harassing, or that you have no right to share;
  • attempt to access another workspace’s data, bypass plan limits or access controls, or probe our infrastructure without permission;
  • place a disproportionate load on the service, including automated scraping or abusing the API or MCP interface;
  • resell or white-label the service without our written agreement;
  • use AI features to generate content that is unlawful, deceptive or designed to harm others.

We may suspend an account that breaches this section, and will aim to warn you first unless the breach is serious or urgent.

7. Integrations

Integrations with GitHub, Google, Jira, Slack and similar services are optional and governed by those providers’ own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, behaviour or changes. You can disconnect any integration from workspace settings at any time.

8. Availability

We work to keep Flowinco available but do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, provider outages or events outside our control. We may perform maintenance with little notice where needed to protect security or stability.

9. Termination

  • You can stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time from settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law.
  • If we terminate without cause, we will refund any prepaid period you have not used.
  • After termination your content is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you need first.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that AI output will be accurate. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer rights.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100. This limit does not apply to our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the service in breach of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice in the application or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, you may cancel.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws in your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings there.

15. General

If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or sale of the business. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us regarding the service.
